1. Purpose

BuyNxt is committed to conducting its business with the highest ethical standards. This Ethics Policy outlines the principles that guide our behaviour and decision-making across all levels of the organization and partnerships, ensuring compliance, integrity, and respect in everything we do.

2. Core Principles

a. Integrity & Honesty

We act with honesty and transparency in all our interactions—internally, with customers, and with business & technology partners or any other entity in course of business.

b. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

BuyNxt adheres to all applicable local, national, and international laws including data protection, labour, taxation, and anti-corruption laws.

c. Respect & Fair Treatment

We foster a culture of mutual respect, diversity, and inclusion. Discrimination, harassment, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.

d. Data Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting customer and user data. We follow industry best practices to safeguard sensitive information and comply with regulations like the Indian IT Act and GDPR (where applicable).

e. Conflict of Interest

Employees and partners must avoid any situations where personal interests conflict with professional responsibilities. Any potential conflict must be disclosed to the leadership team.

f. Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for bribery or corruption in any form. Gifts, payments, or favours intended to improperly influence a business decision are prohibited.

3. Responsible Technology Use

BuyNxt promotes ethical development and use of technology. All solutions we build must:

4. Commitment to Inclusion & Community Impact

We prioritize supporting small and underrepresented businesses, particularly in underserved geographies, through fair pricing, localized support, and digital literacy initiatives.

All reports will be investigated fairly and without retaliation.

6. Review & Enforcement

This policy is reviewed annually and enforced by BuyNxt’s leadership team. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or partnerships.
